This pan creates a fun pancake for all--always looking for something different to entice those breakfast eaters and this pan did the trick. Easy to use and you can be very creative and use many different "stuffings" for the middle of these puffs---apple or any fruit chopped, jellies, lemon curd--use your imagination! Also very impressive for guests! The price was right and I enjoy this pan every time I use it!

I haven't used the pan yet but really like the non-stick idea for the puff pancakes. I have one that isn't and like this better.

Picked up this pan when we picked up a new cookware set. Daughter had a few friends over for a sleep over and I usually cook pancakes the next morning so it was time to break out the new pan. Did a trial run the night before the sleep over to see how to do it. The instructions were good expect for on heating the pan found that I need to get it pretty hot the minute on High just did not cut it. The turning them over is the hardest part but will get easier as I play with it more. Overall very nice pan and worth the price. Many, Many options to add different ingredients to the puffs and play with.
