Would be a 5 but.....
Although I love this pan and I use it everyday, it really does not last a lifetime. I bought this pan to replace the one I bought 2or3 years ago. I only use wood or plastic utensils so the bottom should not peel. The size and thickness of the pan are great. The food cooks perfectly. If only I did not have to keep replacing it every few years....I would give it a 5.

The Bottom Is Not Flat
This Is A Nice Large Pan, But The Handle Is Too Thin. Also The Bottom Is Not Flat So The Pan Does Not Lay Flat On A Glass Cook Top.
Because Of These Reasons I Prob Will Never Buy Another Calphalon Pan Off The Internet. I Would Need To See If The Bottom Is Flat First.
