Eggs stick
Used it twice so far, once to fry an egg, once to poach. In both cases the egg stuck to the poaching cup and to the pan. Nice looking product but disappointing performance. I will be returning this to Target for a refund.

I love it!
I love all my Calphalon cookware, gadgets and electronics, but this pan is one of the best! Egss Benedict is one of my favorite breakfasts and once I found this pan, I started making it at home - yummy! It's easy to use, easy to clean - what else can I say! Enjoy!
