    Love this Knive

    This knife was easy to use and comfortable to hold. It didn't slip or move in my hand. It was sharp and did a smooth and even job of cutting everything from soft fruit to hard vegetables.

    Great knife!

    I have the whole calphalon precision series knife set and it is an amazing set I bought the 8" chef as a replacement to my set but ever since the set was purchased it has been nothing more than amazing performance to me.

    Awesome cutting edge!

    I love, love, love this knife!  Our daughter and son-in-law gave this to me for my birthday because I love cooking with lots of veggies.  This cuts nicely through eggplant, cucumbers, potatoes, well, ANYTHING that goes into my mix of veggies!  Thanks for a superb knife!
