    Excellent Knife!

I've used other 5" Santoku knives in the past, but this one is by far much better. The weight of it in your hand feels great. It's not light nor flimsy but not bulky or clunky either. It makes quick work of onions (so you don't waste any time getting teary-eyed) and other veggies with no problems. Just be sure to clean it up quickly after use so it doesn't get water stains on the blade. Love this Santoku!

    Best Knife in our kitchen

We have had this knife for over a year and it is definitely a favorite.  We love using it so much that we purchased the paring knife in the same series.

    Long lasting

I have had this knife for a few months now and it works very well. You do have to sharpen it regularly like any knife. Enjoy!
