    A great roasting pan!

    I bought this a few years ago and use it at least once a week. It's so easy to use and clean. I can use it for one chicken, a bunch of chicken pieces or my 20 lb. turkey!

    Meat or tender vegetables, everything comes out great in this pan. I use it a lot during the Fall and Winter months.

    Best roasting pan I ever had

    I have had this pan for over 7 years. I bought it because the hard anodizing appealed to me, and the old roasting pan I had was hard to clean. It was the first Calphalon product I purchased. This one is huge, roomy enough for the biggest of birds, so when we have a large gathering, I don't have to watch what size turkey I buy. The rack is the best part, keeping the bird off the bottom and dry, it doesn't sit in the fats getting all greasy. The next best thing is the easy clean up. I don't have too much problem with food sticking to the pan, but if it does, a scotch-brite pad easily gets it clean. Try that with a non-stick. no worries about scratching the pan, you just can't do it. This puppy will last you a lifetime. Since then I had bought many other non-stick hard anodized Calphalon pans. I love them, and they are the first name I turn to if I need another. They have the look and feel of professional pots, and I have always recommended them to friends.

    Excellent Roasting Pan

    I was looking for a pan that could go from the oven to the stove top to make a sauce/gravy from the pan drippings. This one WORKS in that regard. I have found that best results can be achieved when you monitor the amount of liquid in the pan as your meat is roasting. Add water to prevent the pan from drying out. Moist heat is better than dry heat, so that you do not really need a lid.
